Shipping Cost and Delivery Date
The default delivery is 15 USD/6 Pack, which does not include shipping costs for returned items.
When you purchase it, you will receive a Visible Delivery Date. Please note that the expected delivery date is not a guaranteed time frame for your order. It is calculated automatically based on the total duration of order, production and delivery process and shipping address processing.
Estimated delivery time is based on delivery to capital cities. Please be patient with deliveries to remote areas. DEUTERIUM AQUA LLC. is not responsible for remote shipments in remote areas or regions where postal services have a different timetable for large cities. In the case of payment by bank transfer or if the payment does not pass immediately, the estimated delivery time must be calculated from the date of payment received. DEUTERIUM AQUA LLC. accepts no liability or does not refund the shipping fee on such a delay.
Your order will be delivered by GLS. The delivery time may vary depending on the exact location of the address. You will receive a notification when the packet leaves our center and will send a tracking number to the e-mail address provided during the purchase. All our packages are provided. Please make sure that it will be available at the time the package is received. DEUTERIUM AQUA LLC. does not assume any responsibility for the lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is returned to the dispatcher because of the availability issue, DEUTERIUM AQUA LLC. reserves the right to pay the client the redeployment costs.
If you have not received a tracking number yet, please check the spam / junk folder as well. If you are unable to track your tracking number or if delivery status has not changed for several days on your service provider’s web site, please contact our customer service team to review the issue. If any problem occurs, DEUTERIUM AQUA LLC. will contact the vendor to resolve the problem as quickly and minimally discomfort as possible.
Please check your package before accepting delivery. If your luggage has been damaged during transit, dismiss the receipt and promptly submit a claim to the carrier.
Delivery is only possible for physical home or business addresses. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that the credit card or financing company has this alternative shipping address in the file so that this does not cause any delays in processing the order.
For your safety, delivery and billing addresses can not be changed after order confirmation. If it is not available at the specified address within the scheduled delivery deadline, please contact our customer service to check the possibility of retaining the shipment and postpone it until later.Semptember
